Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes - our boutique is by appointment only, so we can dedicate the time and attention you deserve. Each session is a private experience designed to feel unhurried, grounding, and personal. You can book your appointment at either our Devon or Cornwall stores, by clicking the links below:

How long are appointments?
​
Your bridal appointment will last around 60-90 mins for a classic appointment or 90-120 mins for a paid a K&Z Bridal Experience appointment, giving you plenty of time to explore, try on, and connect with the gowns that truly speak to you.
When should I begin my dress journey?
​
We recommend beginning your search around 9 to 12 months before your wedding. This allows time for your chosen gown to be made, delivered, and carefully tailored to you by a seamstress.
If your timeline is shorter, don’t worry — we have beautiful sample sale options and can help you find your perfect match.
What is your price range?
​
Our gowns range from £1250 to £4200, We carefully curate pieces that balance craftsmanship, comfort, and effortless beauty. We also have a sample sale dresses with discounted prices, take a look at our K&Z Outlet Store
Who should I bring with me?
​
We suggest bringing up to three loved ones whose energy feels supportive and positive. The focus is on you — your story, your feeling, your moment.
What should I bring?
​
Bring any inspiration photos, nude or light-coloured undergarments, and an open heart. Everything else — guidance, calm energy, and expert styling — we’ll provide.
Do you offer alterations?
​
Yes. We work with talented bridal seamstresses who ensure your gown fits flawlessly. Once you’ve said yes to your dress, we’ll guide you through the alteration journey.
Do you host trunk shows or events?
We love celebrating new collections and designer showcases. Keep an eye on our Instagram or join our mailing list to be the first to know about upcoming events.
Do you carry accessories?
Yes — we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of veils, headpieces, and accessories that complement the spirit of our gowns. Your stylist can guide you through these during your appointment.

SAMPLE DRESSES
All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. No refunds or exchanges on these styles due to change of heart or cancellation of wedding.
ACCESSORIES & SHOES
All accessories must be paid for in full when placing an order.

We will endeavour to provide the highest quality goods as standard, and these will arrive in a merchantable quality. Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility and we will not be obliged to replace or refunds
PAID EXPERIENCE/EXCLUSIVE APPOINTMENTS
Please note that our Exclusive appointments are non - refundable, but can be moved to an alternative date with at least 48hrs notice.
